Chairman's Speech
At the meeting, Chairman Han Yuanping delivered an opening speech. He expressed sincere gratitude to all employees in his speech, emphasizing that it was the close cooperation and joint efforts of all departments that enabled the company to maintain stability, seize opportunities in the complex and volatile environment, and achieve steady business growth and solid advancement of strategies.
Annual Summary and Future Planning
Deputy General Manager Huang Yafang delivered a keynote report titled "2025 Annual Operation Summary and 2026 Work Plan" at the meeting. She systematically reviewed the achievements and challenges in brand, sales, production, R&D, management and other aspects over the past year, and clearly proposed the 2026 business policy of "market-oriented, product-driven, brand-led, and culture as the soul". The dance "Blessings from All Directions" was full of vitality, the solo "Our Song" was touching, the cross talk "Three-and-a-Half Sentences about Self-made Parts" was humorous and funny, and the choruses "Running" and "Until the End of the World" were inspiring. Finally, the whole audience sang songs such as "Greater China" and "We Are All Dream Chasers", expressing their common love for the country, the enterprise and dreams, and gathering a strong emotional resonance.
